our story
Leah and Julia met in the most glamorous setting imaginable: state government. What started as a collaboration on public sector campaigns quickly turned into a creative chemistry they couldn’t ignore.

After years of working across industries like banking, government, nonprofits, and events, they kept finding ways to continue to collaborate. Every time they teamed up, the work got stronger, the ideas got bolder, and the outcomes spoke for themselves. So they did the obvious thing. They made it official.

Riveter Creative was born out of that spark, built on a shared belief that great marketing makes you feel something. Today, they lead a growing creative team that builds brands, campaigns, and experiences that break the expected and get results worth bragging about.
Leah grew up in Montana and finds inspiration in open spaces and fresh air. This influence has been applied to her work, which seeks to have endless boundaries and a fresh perspective. Taking someone's goal and communicating it through bold visuals while provoking emotions is Leah’s definition for good design. Personal capabilities and perspectives were further solidified at Montana State's nationally recognized graphic design program.

Julia doesn’t just think outside the box, she throws the box out and builds something better and more colorful. A strategic powerhouse with a serious creative streak, she’s led statewide campaigns, GTM strategies, rebranded institutions, managed the marketing side of merger/acquisition, and turned complex challenges into head-turning brand moments. Before launching Riveter Creative, Julia was the head of marketing for a financial institution, served in Governor Bullock's Office of Economic Development, Office of Indian Affairs, and Office of Outdoor Recreation as a Brand Manager and built a reputation for disruptive marketing (see, compliance and creativity can be friends).
When she’s not crafting brand identities or sparking the next big idea, she’s probably organizing a theme party, on an event committee (or three), or plotting her next experiential stunt. Her superpower? Making brands feel like a movement.

If you’re looking for smart strategy, thoughtful design, and a creative duo that’s as fun as they are fearless, welcome. You’re in the right place.
